1. Is there "idle" security on Fuel Genius?
Yes. If Fuel Genius has been idle for 5 minutes you will be logged out and notified that you will need to log in to continue.
2. Can I see my payments in the new Fuel Genius?
You cannot view your payments, however you can view your credit limit in real-time.
3. How many users can be added to my Fuel Genius account?
There are no limits on the amount of users you can add.
4. Is there a delay before I can see my transactions?
No, transactions will appear in real-time. Please note that the time reflected on the transactions will appear in Central Time.
5. Can I order IRVING 24 cards through Fuel Genius?
No.
6. Can more than one user be logged in at a time?
Yes. Multiple users can log on at the same time.
7. Can I view fueling locations from within Fuel Genius?
Yes. There is an up-to-date listing of our IRVING 24 locations as well as our TCH, Shell, Flying J, Wilco, and Ambest affiliates. This listing is located in the Manage Policies section under the Locations tab.
8. What is the difference between a scheduled report and an immediate report?
Immediate reports are generated by the user as needed. Scheduled reports are set up in advance to generate reports to be run and delivered on specified dates (daily, weekly, or monthly). These reports will be delivered to the email address or fax number specified when the report is set up.
9. In the Manage Cards area, what does card transfer mean?
The card transfer feature will trasfer exact information from one card (such as limits, unit numbers, etc) to another card.
10. When setting up your profile, what does landing page mean?
The landing page is the first page that you will see when you log in to Fuel Genius. You can set this to be whichever page is most important to you.
11. Can I pay my bill through Fuel Genius?
Not at this time.
12. Is Fuel Genius available in both French and English?
Yes. Fuel Genius is available in English, French, and Spanish. You can select your preferred language in the Profile screen.
13. Can I do everything in Fuel Genius that I would normally have to call customer care to do?
Almost. The only things you can't do through Fuel Genius are ordering cards, deleting unused money codes, updating account contact information, or having a statement resent.
14. Is Fuel Genius available for Light Fleet accounts?
Not at this time.
